Yes, it's really whey: 17g of whey protein isolate in a properly fizzy can. It tastes like the real thing because we use a clear whey isolate that doesn't taste milky, with real ingredients doing the flavour work, like cola nut extract in the Cola, and lemon and lime juice in the Cloudy Lemonade.

17g of whey protein isolate per 330ml can, at about 80 calories.

Is it really sugar-free?

Yes. There's such a tiny trace of sugar that it's legally sugar-free: under 0.5g per 100ml in every flavour. It's sweetened with sucralose.
