Yes, it's really whey: 17g of whey protein isolate in a properly fizzy can. It tastes like the real thing because we use a clear whey isolate that doesn't taste milky, with real ingredients doing the flavour work, like cola nut extract in the Cola, and lemon and lime juice in the Cloudy Lemonade.
